In general, there is no need to resize your files when using our ROES software or when submitting files on disc. Simply send them at the same size and resolution that they were shot in. We will resize your files larger or smaller as needed.
(One exception to this general rule might be in the case of proofs and proof books, where camera sized files are much larger than what is being printed. Some photographers prefer to reduce their file sizes on these products for faster uploads.)
