What kind of files do you accept?

Using our ROES software, we accept JPEGs. When submitted on disc, we accept JPEGs or TIFFs.

JPEGs are smaller and faster to work with. If you save them at the highest quality level, there is virtually no difference between a JPEG and a TIFF file in the final print. If you do provide TIFFs, they need to be 8 bit RGB, with no extra layers or channels.
